Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Innovation Philosophie (the "Publication"), operated by Pat Villaceran ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
What We Provide
Innovation Philosophie is a paid, members-only publication. A single membership includes a daily written publication, a weekly audio program, and access to the full archive, delivered through our publishing platform, beehiiv. There is no free tier. Access requires an active paid membership.
Membership, Billing & Renewal
- Membership is offered on a recurring monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout (in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated). Applicable taxes may be added.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Prices may change. We will give reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@innovationphilosophie.org. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- When you cancel, you retain access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Access ends at the start of the next period.
- Because this is a digital publication delivered continuously, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
Acceptable Use & Membership Conduct
Your membership is for your personal, individual use. You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute members-only content, login access, or the podcast feed;
- Republish or reproduce our content, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission;
- Use the Publication for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate a membership that violates these Terms, without refund where the violation is material.

No Professional Advice
Innovation Philosophie shares ideas, philosophy, and methods for building businesses. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Third-Party Services
We rely on beehiiv (publishing and delivery) and Stripe (payments). Your use of the Publication is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers, though we choose them for their reliability and security.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Publication is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Publication is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where required, communicated to members. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
